If you apply or have applied for an Intensive English Class or a TOEFL Preparation class, and have asked us to issue the I-20 form, your information will be used to issue the I-20 in the SEVIS system as required by law.

If you apply or have applied for a Japanese language class or any other course, your information will be used internally only. However, all student files are subject to confidential review by our accrediting body, ACCET, and, in the case of F1 visa holders, the Department of Homeland Security.

If you apply or have applied to be a host family, we will contact the references you provided to us. In addition, if your family is accepted into our homestay program and we place a student / student(s) in your home, we will share the information you have given us with the student(s) placed there prior to their arrival.
